E-session Tina & Kristof

A sad, grey, rainy day. What does that mean? Indeed, an extra challenge to still show some sunny pictures.We met our couple in Sint-Niklaas, were we headed for the park for our shoot... After a drink :-)
Due to the sometimes really heavy rain, we decided to use the cafe/castle in the park to start of with the shoot. Luckily, after an hour or so, the rain got a bit better, and we were able to go outside for the remainder of this great e-session with this great couple!

Yes, We Bounce

Using available light for your photography isn't always easy. Especially not in the Belgian climate. As big fans of Mike Larson, we were of course easily persuaded to for a California Sunbounce. And, since we often get the question, what this big impressive shield (we opted for the sun-bounce pro) would really result in, we posted these photos. The pro allows us to light out a whole group, or to just let one individual jump out of it. The resulting light looks very natural, and can be a bit varied depending on which material/side you use (gold, silver, white,...).

One good tip though... if it is a windy day, let the heaviest person hold the screen...

this is one of those performances where you are glad that there is a frontstage area for photographers, and that someone sometime invented something like earplugs. Not for the music, oh no, for the screaming young girls...

Wedding An & Ruben

A great castle in the background, and a nice couple on the foreground, the perfect match for a great weddingshoot. We wish you both all the luck of the world!

Dorien and Xavier

For this beautiful wedding we had to drive to Ninove. We were expected at the hairdresser at 7 am, so it was quite early to get out of bed, but it was well worth it. The sun was at our service throughout the whole day, and dissapeared and made place for thunder as soon as the outside part of the wedding was finished.

Lieze

Little Lieze, what a tremendous experience. This was one of the greatest and sweetest little girls that we ever knew. And the honour was ours to have a shoot with her and her family. It is great to see such a loving family. Lieze has a very bad hartcondition, and will need to undergo surgery very soon. For those of you would like to help her, here is the link, or just mail us:

Tine

For these photo's, we got the help from Tine, and the wall of our house. We asked Tine to come over, so that we could play around a little with flash settings and light. Behold, the results...

Wim and Claire

This was our first wedding on an outsidelocation. The weather in Knokke wasn't really great, but the wedding itself did not let itself get wasted by that. The intimate atmosphere at this wedding was priceless. We would like to thank Wim and Claire for this great day.

We had another lucky evening, since we could do an engagementshoot with this nice couple. We met in Dendermonde, to check out the locations for their big day. Besides the nice and warm weather, we were also very lucky with the light. We made a great and fun evening out of it, of which you can check out the results below.
